At Makeda Jewelry, we want you to be completely enchanted by your new pieces. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your jewelry in its original branded packaging and include the packing slip to ensure a smooth processing experience.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your parcel before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
