How long does shipping take?
Standard domestic shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. International shipping can take between 7-14 business days depending on the destination and customs processing.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn jewelry in its original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable unless they arrive defective.

Yes, every Makeda Jewelry purchase comes with a 12-month warranty that covers any manufacturing defects. This does not cover accidental damage or general wear and tear.
